Delivery Prices

Delivery Policy

Rock Lake Landscape Supply offers Delivery at the Curb. If we are invited onto Private Property we will make every effort to satisy our customer and place the delivery in the spot the customer requests. However, if our driver deems certain spots inaccessible due to a high probability of damage to lawns, structures, our trucks, or other obstacles he/she will decline to dump the deliver in that spot and request the customer to select an alternate spot. Once the truck has arrived at the customer's property, the delivery has been made whether the load is dumped or not. The customer is responsible for the delivery charge. Any and all damages caused by the request of the customer for deliveries to be placed someplace other than at the end of the driveway closest to the street are the responsibility of the property owner including towing vehicles out, repairing ruts, and fixing damaged lawns.
